Can my employees take the course at their own pace?
Once your employees enroll in the course they will have 24/7 access, so they can work on it any time of day. The course is designed in a way that allows them to start and stop. Once they resume the course it will automatically pick up again where they left off.

How long do my employees have access to the course for?
They will be able to access the course for 60 days from the day they enroll. Just like any other course you take in college or university there is a start date and an end date.

Are there quizzes?
There is a short quiz at the end of the course. The quiz requires an 80% passing grade but if your employees don’t pass the first time they are able to retry again until they do. The quiz helps to reinforce the learning and our goal is not only that that your employees learn the skills and strategies but that they practice what we teach them in their everyday interactions with others.

Is there a completion certificate issued?
Yes after successfully passing the quiz at the end of the course your employees can proudly print and display their certificate of completion.
